Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

We offer Standard and Express shipping within Australia via Australia Post.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Express: 1–3 business days
  • Standard: 2–7 business days

We offer FREE domestic shipping on orders over $150 AUD.

USA Delivery

We offer FedEx Express International Connect Plus shipping to the United States.

FedEx Express International Connect Plus: 2–4 business days to major metro U.S. areas. Remote locations may require additional time.

Shipping charges, plus taxes, tariffs, and duties, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means:

  • Duties and import taxes are paid at checkout
  • You won’t be charged any additional import fees on delivery
  • Your parcel will clear customs quickly and arrive without delays

Japan

We ship to Japan via Japan Post and FedEx.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and selected service.

  • International Standard (Japan Post): 6–10 business days
  • International Express (FedEx): 2–3 business days

Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means:

  • Import duties and Japanese Consumption Tax (if applicable) are not included at checkout
  • For most orders under ¥10,000 JPY, no duties or taxes are typically charged
  • Any duties, taxes, or handling fees applied by Japanese customs are the responsibility of the customer

Japan Post and FedEx deliveries are fully tracked. In rare cases, customs processing may add additional transit time.

United Kingdom

VAT is included in our displayed prices for UK customers. Your order ships with taxes prepaid, so you won’t pay anything on delivery — no customs VAT, no import charges, and no Royal Mail admin fees.

  • FedEx Express International Connect Plus: 2–5 business days
  • Express Global (MyPost): 5–10 business days
  • Standard Global (MyPost): 8–15 business days

International Delivery (NZ + Rest of the World)

International shipping is available worldwide.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout and start from $14.60 AUD, depending on your location.

  • FedEx Express International Connect Plus: 2–5 business days
  • Express Global (MyPost): 5–10 business days
  • Standard Global (MyPost): 8–15 business days

For many destinations, orders may be sent DAP (Delivered at Place). This means:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country
  • These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@hungsupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds and Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. See our full return policy, here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@hungsupply.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
